Spend your vacation in one of our completely renovated and newly furnished apartments in the very front row. Here you'll find everything you need for a relaxing and restful vacation trip to the Baltic Sea, practically just a stone's throw from the beach, or as we say here, within bathrobe distance. Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. The apartments are fully equipped. There is free parking directly on site. Beautiful apartment in a top location

We spent a wonderful week in a perfect location and with perfect weather. The Schröder family was very accommodating and gave us a warm welcome. The Liegeplatz apartment is located in the basement, but is bright, cozy, and very well-equipped. A beach chair behind the house invites you to linger, and the beach is just a short walk from the house. The harbor and several restaurants are within 2 minutes' walk. Free parking is available directly on the property, as well as outdoor bicycle storage. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return. Thanks to the Schröder family.

Great family vacation

The apartment is very tastefully furnished, well-designed, and very clean. The location is great, everything is within walking distance, yet quiet. The landlords are incredibly friendly, and children are also very welcome.

  • What amenities can you expect in the accommodation?

    The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a Bluetooth radio, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes a stove with a ceramic hob and oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and two coffee machines (filter and Senseo), as well as pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and various cooking utensils. For our younger guests, a high chair and a travel cot can be provided upon request.

  • How far are the accommodations from the nearest beach?

    Our house is located directly on the beautiful beach promenade of Niendorf between beach sections 56-57 Niendorf/Ostsee.

  • Is there parking at the accommodations?

    Yes, free private parking is available on site for guests for the duration of their stay.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is generally possible from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. If you require flexible times, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
